Monton Alto is the only extra virgin olive oil certified by AENOR in Spain.

Compliance with the norms UNE – 34.601, UNE - 34.605 and UNE – 34.606 ensures the quality of our oil and classifies it unequivocally as extra virgin olive oil.

We guarantee the complete traceability of each bottle. The batch number written on the label indicates the exact trajectory of the oil it contains, with all its processing data up to its origin, the olive trees from which it comes.

These goals can only be reached due to the firm determination to achieve quality above all other considerations and by having our own farm that meets specific agronomical requirements, facilities and specialized equipment.
