THERE ARE NO SECRETS, THE QUALITY IS DERIVED FROM THE TREE

We know that when it comes to agriculture, there are no shortcuts; the quality of the final product depends on the quality of fruit from the tree. That is why we take special care of our olive groves to preserve their finest properties. We make sure that all our cultivation techniques follow a production control protocol, led by agronomists, that guarantees both waste control and respect for the environment.

We grow different varieties of olive trees chosen on the basis of their ability to adapt to our soil and climate. The Cornicabra variety is an olive native to the Castilla La Mancha region and, indeed, it is the only variety accepted by the guarantee of origin “Montes de Toledo”. The Arbequina variety, although originating in Catalonia, is perfectly suited to this area and provides high quality oils. And the Hojiblanca variety, strategically placed inside the farm.
